Product Tutorial Videos
At Unbounce, tutorial videos were consistently the most requested asset by our customers. Developing the Smart Builder Tutorial Videos was a collaborative effort that involved various team members from Marketing and Customer Support. I partnered closely with our Help Centre Strategist to plan and structure the video content, and worked with our Creative Team to craft an engaging script and visually appealing designs.
The Result
A month after launching the Smart Builder Tutorial Videos, we saw a significant increase in 1x conversions, directly attributed to the effectiveness of these videos.
