At Unbounce, tutorial videos were consistently the most requested asset by our customers. Developing the Smart Builder Tutorial Videos was a collaborative effort that involved various team members from Marketing and Customer Support. I partnered closely with our Help Centre Strategist to plan and structure the video content, and worked with our Creative Team to craft an engaging script and visually appealing designs.
