App for Immigrants and Refugees
PeaceGeeks is a non-profit that aims to empower communities with technology in the pursuit of peace. In 2019, they launched an app to help make settling in BC easier and more streamlined. I was thrilled when the proposal from my studio, Umbrella Pro, was chosen to create the app's promotional videos.
This video was created in 7 different languages. The small team at Umbrella Pro, led by me, developed the script in collaboration with the Marketing team at PeaceGeeks. We covered all other aspects of the production over a couple months.

As part of the same project, we also shot and edited three live action videos to support the marketing of the app. These were user testimonials, introducing the settlement workers, and explaining the making of the app. Everything was centred around working closely with users and settlement partners.
